Remodest Return Policy
At Remodest, every piece is carefully hand-selected, cleaned, and inspected before it becomes part of our boutique collection. Because our items are secondhand and one of a kind, we kindly ask customers to review sizing and condition details carefully before purchasing.

Eligibility for Returns
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be in the same condition they were received — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags (if any) still attached.
• Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.
• For hygiene reasons, Intimates, jewelry, and headwear cannot be returned.

Return Process
1. Email us at remodestcanada@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, you will receive instructions for mailing your return.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your item for processing.

Refunds
Approved returns will be issued as a store credit to be used toward future purchases. We do not offer cash refunds.

Exchanges
Because our pieces are one of a kind, we cannot guarantee exact exchanges. Store credit may be used toward any other item in the shop.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact remodestcanada@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
